Massimo is CEO of OGR Torino a former large industrial building of about 35k sqm in the heart of Turin recently reconverted into an innovative and international centre for Tech and Innovation, contemporary culture and art.

He has been the Secretary General - CEO position - of Fondazione CRT, a large endowment foundation of banking origin based in Turin and the Secretary General - CEO position - of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita – CRT (Development and Growth Foundation) , a foundation primarily focused on impact investing.

Massimo served as Chairman of the European Foundation Centre in Bruxelles, the network of institutional philanthropy which unites over 300 members from nearly 40 countries, including the USA.

Massimo has an extensive international experience as a director of public and private companies in Europe, M.E., USA and LatAm in different sectors (including e.g. Atlantia SpA, Generali Bank, Autostrade per l’Italia SpA., Rete Ferroviaria Italiana SpA, TX Logistik AG, Stalexport AG etc.) and non-profit organizations including Rockefeller P.A. Europe, the advisory board of the London School of Economics – Marshall Institute and the ISI Foundation for big data in Turin and ISI Global in New York.

He is also Vice President of the Social Impact Agenda for Italy, a working group connected to the international Global Social Impact Investment Steering Group (GSG).

Former Investment Director in Sintonia SA, joint venture active in the infrastructure sector among a limited number of high-profile shareholders with a strong investment track record.
